On Thursday, January 12th, AWIS Bethesda hosted the first workshop in our Career Development Series. This workshop focussed on Goal Setting Strategies.
Dr. Jennifer Patterson West, co-chair of the NIH Fellows Mentoring Committee, lead an interactive workshop, in which attendees learned about goal setting strategies and develop plans to actively work on achieving those goals.
